Dinner is served at the abbey on the terrace or in the veranda, with a breathtaking view of the Loire. and over the town's pretty thousand-year-old bridge, the same one used by Joan of Arc to rescue Beaugency from the English. A 19th century wood-fired kitchen. No gas, just the old-fashioned way! The chef and his second in command work in front of their guests.
