There would be quite a few important details to improve: we had room 15 at €97 a night and it absolutely does not deserve it: wall crack no double glazing dubious electrics....the people at reception are lovely but this beautiful and large place needs an efficient team to manage such a venue (lack of resources?) Breakfast €18 not bad but they are industrial products....what remains is the decor and the incredible atmosphere with the sacred music on the sumptuous floors!!! I remain spiritual and my soul advises you all the same to make the detour! Amen!!!Ps/no need to put a TV if it has the size of a mini computer....😉
An exceptional hotel, beautifully located in Beaugency with a view of the Loire. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend their restaurant. We spent two nights there and also had dinner at P'tit Bateau, just next door: a real treat!
We only had breakfast at the abbey. Mikaele was extremely kind and very attentive to us. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the very generous buffet, the splendid dining room, and the view over the Loire and the bridge, with a table near the window. We will gladly come back!
