Very well located hotel on the banks of the Loire with a breathtaking view, very warm welcome and very comfortable room in an authentic setting. Super copious breakfast with monastic products to discover. We will be delighted to return.
This beautiful, well-restored residence is ideally situated on the banks of the Loire. Upstairs, the monks' cells have been converted into spacious, comfortable bedrooms with perfect bedding. The first floor is dedicated to the reception, the bar and above all the rotisserie with its simple but tasty dishes cooked in the fireplace. The welcome is extremely friendly. The value for money is also good. There is also free private parking. In short, if you want to spend a few days near Orléans, Beaugency and its abbey are the place to be.
A unique establishment. The downstairs lounges are magnificent, the corridors and staircases sumptuous. The rooms are a little rustic, but that's not to say that they don't have to be historic monuments. Personally, I really liked it, and I would like to thank the whole team for allowing us to discover such an establishment.
A magnificent place! A renovated monastery. Richly furnished, with a wonderful atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful, cosy rooms with fireplaces and a lovely breakfast room. Wonderful gastronomy. The view over the Loire is breathtaking. I highly recommend it.
Everything is perfect: welcome, service, meals, breakfast and a splendid historic monument.
The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms have been renovated, there are separate toilets, the service and the welcome are very warm, the bar is pleasant in front of the fireplace (very good spritz), the TV in the room looks like a PC screen, the breakfast is not exceptional, there are not enough eggs or vegetables?
