A sublime historic monument on the banks of the Loire, with a completely timeless atmosphere. The rooms overlooking the Loire have a magnificent view. The bathroom was completely redone, beautiful and modern. Breakfast in the veranda overlooking the Loire is a special treat (when the weather is fine, it's even better). Booking directly on their website means they don't lose money through intermediaries, and as the income is reinvested in renovating the building (which is listed, of course), it's even better. A great experience!
