We only had breakfast at the abbey. Mikaele was extremely kind and very attentive to us. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the very generous buffet, the splendid dining room, and the view over the Loire and the bridge, with a table near the window. We will gladly come back!

We made a very pleasant stopover at this hotel on our journey from Calais to the South West of France, Beaugency being halfway along the way. This converted former monastery is a lovely place to stay: the comfortable rooms have retained the charm of the abbey, with a modern, renovated en suite shower room with plenty of hot water. The location is ideal, overlooking the Seine and close to the city centre and its restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
